Global Mobility Tax Services commits to cooperate with the EU data protection authorities (DPAs) and the UK Information Commission Officer and comply with the advice given by the panel and Commissioner with regard to client data transferred from the EU and the UK as part of the business relationship.
Global Mobility Tax Services has a requirement to disclose personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
